Cheetahwind "And that is a very good thing, dear sister." Cheetahwind murmured, seemingly calm despite the presence of a clawing cat on her back. "Those cats are far, far beneath us. They have no hope of beating us. They have none of the powers or intelligence that we possess, and instead only blind devotion to their leader. I guess it pays off to take in those whose lives I had destroyed, whose throats I had ripped out and whose elders and kits mauled. At least they would never think of betraying you, unlike those you truly care about."
Launching into a jump superior to what any cat could have performed, the femme flew up into the evening newleaf sky, her opponent still tangled in the bloody mess of her back. Twisting her head around, she grabbed the DarkClanner's scruff, her teeth sharply piercing fur and skin as she extended her powers to softly envelop Warsong's brain. Let go...You are nothing but a puppet in our paws, and I will kill you easily if you try to beat me for longer." Along with her harsh words, Cheetahwind closed her teeth beside the neck, feeling the soft pulsing of the veins as she bit down, the weight of the cat collapsing off her shortly before she had hit the ground again.
Looking around, she found no other cats in the clearing save for the arrival of her other sibling. Flicking her tail in greeting and a form of an offer of help, she waited to see the two cats square each other off, a smirk on her face. "Brother," she meowed softly, walking the short distance of the clearing to position herself beside her enemy's shoulder. "I understand that you might want to kill this cat for Embersky. But even the two of you combined do not feel half the hate I had accumulated for Silverstrike for many years. So I suggest you leave her to me."

...what more could you possibly want? Eyes narrowed dangerously as I looked at my former leader. None of the leaders deserved my loyalty but the weak bond I had to Silverclaw was the only thing keeping me from becoming a loner. At heart I was already there, alone in my own thoughts. "You actually think I want something? What could I possibly want from you Bramble? You should know better than myself that love comes in many forms and is unstopable. Then again maybe Im wrong, I mean where's your best friend? Oh thats right you kicked her out because she was happy. Not only that you decided to harbor hatred and disgust for said friend and now here we are." A low snort escaped my lips before I could suppress it. It was suddenly like I was disconnected from Bramblestrike. I didnt care anymore what she said. She had acted as any leader would have done but I couldnt help wonder what she would have done if it was herself and not me who had fallen for another clan cat.
A presence made itself known to me and I leaned against the familiar frame that fit perfectly within my own. I was suddenly overwhelmed with fatique and felt distanced from the fight that was about to snap. Sweet lyrics found my hark and my ear barely twitched to let my lover know I had heard him. His scent wreathed my crown and I inhaled deeply. I loved his scent. I was getting an exhirlarating high off of it when a screech ripped apart my daze. Reality snapped back into place and my eyes darted to a black streak that was now atop Cheetah. Warsong. The black cat was not a favorite of mine but I still didnt hate her. I didnt even bother to act I knew Cheetah would deal with it. Instead I turned to the femme that I used to call my friend. "I suppose this is goodbye then." The words were just soft enough that Cheetah would not hear. My gaze was fixed on Bramble for that longest of moments before I stepped back, turned and fled from the clearing. Cheetah would get her request, I had no ties to the Darkclan leader anymore. Tail slid beneath the chin of my mate beckoning him to follow me. I didnt know where we would go but I was sure we would not stay within the clans. Breezeecho was impatient with the clan cats to begin with and now I had no reason to stay there was nothing to keep us from leaving. I didnt look back as I left what little I had had left of my old life behind. I could only look to the future now. I glanced at the love of my life and smiled tiredly. "I guess its just you and me now" Words were just murmured as I weaved amongst the undergrowth making my way for the closest border and the fastest way out of this world.

Silverstrike _silverstrike, leader of nothing but her own insanity, stalled her jump and came to perch upon a bowing oak. her dear friend's words echoed like a shallow pool within her harks, the created meanings having no effect on a blind fool. she froze but for a moment, icy windows of malice clouded her intent for the slightest of ticks on a clock face, but soon returned to a normal unstable state. chops parted into a sneer, pearled teeth flashing a naked light as silverstrike glared toward her departing friend, heartbeat thrashing but words stinging. "i suppose it is...goodbye my lost friend..." snorting, the broad tabby severed her position from embersky, attaching it to her fight with cheetahwind and a brawling warsong that vaguely stood present in her mind. launching into a black candle lit sky, silverstrike angled her body toward the blood laden menace, every muscle unbruised crackled with immense power, a blue light thirsting to singe flesh and boil blood. a chorus of melodic yowls erupted from the crazed master's gullet, the perishable song growing stronger as she neared her target, wind buffeting her fur and stinging fire born eyes. enraged, the tabby barley recognized warsong's falling corpse, but only as a boost to be used to gain closure on her opponent.
_flying over the black warriors leaking frame, silverstrike bowled head long into her sister's soft body, spots dancing in her field of vision as she bit down into the traitor's neck and shoulder line. gravity began to do it's work by pulling the pair down to earth, the heavier weight whizzing past warsong's fallen cradle, the last strings of light ebbing away from her lime oculars. it had occurred to the former starclan warrior that she no longer hungered for revenge by spilling cheetahwind's blood, but that she only wished to be reunited with her former birth home. this connection was made long before her body was smashed into a thousand bits, the sickening sound of crushed death forever marked in the lifeless warrior's broken body, the blood and gore a passage to silverclan. no longer now did she have to suffer, living in a world where there was only one, and no mutual understandings could be met. it didn't matter to her that she hadn't killed cheetahwind, happiness was with her now as warsong padded to touch noses and share warmth with her clan in a starry field.
_compacted dirt spiked it's stones into the broad leader's flesh, her eyes narrowing at the aching pain and small pockets of blood that opened up. shrilling a high pitched wail, silverstrike released the spotted menace, but not before she landed a hard earned swipe across the femme's facial disk, blindly aiming for the eyes. the sudden meeting with solid ground brought a wave of nausea to her stomach, and she kneeled over, throwing up to relieve her swimming head. hissing, she caught sight of breezeecho blinking blankly in the direction of herself and cheetahwind, the monotone response bringing a gritting grind to her teeth. "it is not my wish to come between the two of you and your play, i have only come to collect my embersky from anymore harm. it is with these words that i part you with; i am leaving this world of clan and childs play, there is no strength provided in the minds of these meek ants, and no room for me to grow. it is up to embersky if she wishes to follow me, and i shall give my kits and apprentice the same choice, provided that you stay aware that if your head stays in the clouds for to long there is a chance you shall be pulled down from your high rock. goodbye dearest sisters of mine."
_a flurry of shadows swallowed the male, his ashen bodice no longer visible as he flew to stand beside his mate's side. isolated from the fighting brawl, breezeecho reached over and licked embersky's calico shoulder, amber chills watching the femme as she slowly made her departing way from the forest and it's clans. he followed her step for step, shoulder pressed close to the one who was teaching him love, and he in return supported her if ever she fall into despair. "that may be...but you and i shall create a new lives for over selves, one that can not be tainted. come, shall we inform our children, or do you wish to stay in nightclan my love?"
