"Ashkit and Ivykit can come with me, if that's fine by you guys. We'll have way more fun than the rest of them. I'll show you two where I picked up DarkClan scent this morning." She grinned up at Blackkit, knowing only too well how much he would love to come along. In fact, it's a bit foolish that anyone of us would want to see a DarkClan warrior, she thought. It's not as if we could chase him off our territory... or even give him a scratch. |

ooc: Not really, Blackkit is much happier leading his own little group. And maybe the kits can discover 1 wolf and then run away(all 9 of them.)
bic: "It is fine by me."-Ivykit meowed, unable to hide the excitement she felt in her voice. She paced fasted around the rocks her litter mates sat on and around, wondering how Redkit knew what DarkClan scent smelled like. What if it wasn't DarkClan at all, but the huge beasts the warriors and apprentices gossiped about for the last half-moon, the ones they heard about at the gathering. Still, being an adventurous kit she was, she impatiently turned to the others, and meowed- "So, are we going now?" She turned in time to see Blackkit nod in agreement.

"I'll be happy to come," ex;aimed Ashkit. He was finally going to esplore the clan territory with the other kits. "I wonder what the outside of the clan looks like. I wanted to see what everything looked like for a days know that I think about it. Can we go now, I want to see it now."

Icekit fell silent as the others decided groupings. Redkit appeared and told then of his adventure. Indifference. The emotion that Icekit felt now was just that she didnt really care about some kits adventure she longed to have her own. Sidling up to Cicadakit and Sneezekit she said quietly "Well looks like its just us." White pelt gleaming in the sunlight she battered a leaf that happened to pass by with her paw, crunching it beneath her pad after a few good attacks. Whether the scent was Darkclan or not Icekit knew that nine kits would do nothing up against a full grown warrior.

Maw frozen in an open position, auds flicking constantly Hauntedkit was able to "see" the scene before her. All nine kits would sneak out in groupd of three. They would meet up at the Tall tree and proceed from there. Her name was called and she looked up. She would go with Blackkit and Mottledkit. Of course take both of the defected kits together. A small flame erupted in her chest but she quickly smothered it. At least she was going and not being left behind. Locating Mottledkit with her nose Hauntedkit placed her tail on the kits shoulder and signaled Will you guide me when I need help?. The femme never liked asking for help but knew she would need it at some point and would rather ask now then wish for it later.

Blackkit finally saw all the cats slowly forming into groups and getting ready to go. He thought they would be even slower, because usually it was difficult to give long, direct orders to that many cats. His group was ready to go, with Molttedkit already beside him with no attempts to argue, and Hauntedkit padding toward him. His idea to take the disabled kits in his group was proving itself - he could see in Hauntedkit's eyes that she was grateful to be taken. He turned to Redkit and Cicadakit and meowed -"Remember, beside the Tall Tree.", swiftly turned and padded toward the apprentices' den, leaving his group to follow. As he was getting further and further from the hearing distance, the last thing he could hear was Ivykit complaining - "Redkit, can we go now?"

Redkit had already started towards the hole that lead out of camp. "Yes, we're going now!" she yowled back to the others. "Unless you two have a better idea?" She flicked her tail, annoyed. Honestly, how hard is it to pay attention? They would have been skinned alive by an attacking warrior! Redkit glanced around the clearing. There were almost no warriors around and she could just see the dark, gapping entrance to hole. |

A shiver crawled up the kit's spine; though he could not hear her, his eyes saw it along with the light touch of Hauntedkit's tail. Craning his head ever so slightly, dim gray auds stared blankly into foggy reflections that were her eyes. The question formed in his minds eye as simply as if it had been said, the femme wanted a guide and was asking him. Pads prickled uneasily, in a jerking motion the tom leaned forward so that his wet nose touched the very tips of the blind kit's ears; he could not simply nod or shake his head because the femme before him could not see. Uttering a slurry but very quite "Yes" in her ear drums. But he wanted something in return, he wanted Hauntedkit's ears as a guide through the forest, they would both work together and in return get what each on wanted.
Auds flickered past the femme, their cold stone depths fixing themselves on Blackkit; he had chosen both of them either not knowing or knowing and having something in mind. Why would he want two disabled kits?
"Great....put the two defects together.."
This time he knew exactly what was going on, keeping a close and watchful eye on the group was hard and very boring since he could hear nothing of their conversation.
The tan kit gave Redkit a playful scowl, her rough tongue popping out, pink eyes screwing up to form a rude face before eagerly commenting,
"Thats great Red-chan, but I bet me and Ice-chan can find way more treasure then your group can!"
She turned her eager form toward the bone white kitten, every sinew and muscle singing with excitement, pads prickling for the adventure before them.
"The others can explore on Darkclan territory if they want, but how about you and I try to find those monsters that are killing cats?"
Her pupils seemed to grow larger in size when she eagerly whispered her idea to Icekit, the suns glare making pink eyes glitter a deep red.

Blackkit led his group confidently around the apprentices den, which was empty at the time. He didn't miss the chance to lean inside and sniff the nests, knowing they will be theirs in less then a moon. He continied on his way, squishing through the brambles to find a hole in the camp barrier, looking barely bigger then a rabbit tunnel. He turned toward his littermates, hissing instructions. "Molttedkit, you go first. Be careful not to alert the guard, we're not as far from it. Icekit will go next, and I will be in the rear, helping if any of you need it. Go now!" Blackkit wondered if Redkit's and Cicadakit's expeditions were going as well as his was.
Ivykit glared at her temporary leader, allowing herself a little hiss of annoyace at her words. She could imagine Redkit's emotions, who was probably wondering why she got the two kits, one of whom was utterly emotionless and the other seemed to be in his own world. She heard Blackkit's quiet order, after which she understood the first group was successfully out of camp. The second group was starting towards the dirtplace, and Ivykit hissed - "Let's go!"

OOC: I don't know much about the other kit's yet since I'm the 'newest one'. I just picked cats because I like the name or I've had a character with a similair name. Sorry Ivykit. You don't seem to happy about that. *evil grin* "Great!" A grin spread across Redkit's face as Ashkit suggested finding the murderous beasts. "Let's get going... unless Ivykit is too scared." Redkit had noticed the reluctance in Ivykit's voice but thought it was due to fear, not the dispise of her group. Redkit raced across the clearing, glanced around once, and shoved her way into the tunnel. |
