Plot:
In the forest, there have always been five Clans. MistClan, the gentle but mysterious ones; DarkClan, the ambitious and proud ones; StreamClan, the clever and sleek ones; SunClan, the loyal and brave ones; and TalonClan, the fierce and greedy ones.
The Clans were as peaceful as any group of cats could be. For as long as any cat could remember, MistClan, DarkClan, StreamClan and SunClan lived in a square around Onecliff, while TalonClan lived in a long, thin piece on territory south of SunClan and DarkClan. However, lately the Twolegs have started to move in on either side of TalonClan's territory, making it smaller and smaller. Now, TalonClan believes they have the right to take some of SunClan and DarkClan's land.
At the same time, DarkClan is plotting against SunClan. Some StreamClan cats are wondering if MistClan's mysterious nature is normal, or if they should be suspicious of attack. During all of these events, the cats' warrior ancestors in StarClan are missing. Medicine Cats, even at meetings at the Rivercavern, are just getting normal dreams. Medicine Cat Apprentices never know if they are actually accepted or not. When one of the current leaders dies or retires, who knows if the new one will actually get their nine lives.
What is going to happen? Where are StarClan through all of this? Only you can decide.

Tracing Stars was pretty much just summarized above. You can start as a Warrior, Apprentice, Queen, or Elder, though you could make a Leader, Deputy, Medicine Cat or Medicine Cat Apprentice if the position is open. You can also make kittypets, rogues and loners, who you can buy land for with 'Warrior Points'. Every month there is a Medicine Cat meeting and a Gathering, unless stated otherwise.
