Icefur
A streak of ivory flashed across the bushed and appeared, drenched in moonlight, out in the clearing. Four magnificent trees towered over the small she-cat and she stared in amazement. She ducked her head and contunied slowly around the four great oaks. She wandered, wherever her hidden angel wings would take her. She looked up at the sky, seeing the grey clouds overlap the black sky and twirl around the room. She didn't make a sound. She felt alone... empty. Where was the forest? She closed her eyes and shook her head. Silently praying to Silverclan that someone would come. Then just in the middle of her silent speaking, she heard a faint rustle in the bush. Her eyes shot open, her grey eyes glowing feircely. Then her eyes rested on the one she-cat she went to when her mentor... practically mother, Nightwind wasn't around or was sleeping. Ivoryshine smiled and gasped. Then she was running to Shadowpelt. She say Shadowpelt laugh a raspy, whispering laugh. The ivory cat nuzzled her friend. Hello Ivoryshine. Ivoryshine nodded in greeting and they walked side by side. She felt like a kitten standing next to Shadowpelt. Shadowpelt reminded her so of Nighwind, and that is mainly why she loves her so much. Ivoryshine's mouth was taped shut and she couldn't speak. Or so it seemed. Ivoryshine hadn't spoken in three moons. Yes, Darling, I know the forest seems empty. But do remember that Silverclan is always there... Shadowpelt whispered. Ivoryshine nodded and let out a breath, looking at the bright stars. There they were. always there. You still feel alone dont you? The old she cat asked. Ivoryshine, with her head down, nodded. Shadowpelt leaned on her and they walked, wandering to no where. It was moonhigh now and Ivoryshine needed Nightwind. A tear fell slowly out of her empty eyes. Don't fret. It might seem lifeless and empty in this place, but know that there is life... Maybe just beyond those trees. The creme coloured she cat shook her head. You don't have to go back to camp. You don't have to go back to the emptyness and howling winds. You can sleep here with Silverclan. But i DO have to go back. And before Ivoryshine lefted her head, Shadowpelts tail faded into the bushes. She collapsed to the floor and began sobbing, staring at the stars, beginning to fade but one, individual star shinging so bright Ivoryshine thought she was dremaing.
